'My name is Emma Kerfoot: I am the nursery owner - actively working at the nursery each day alongside my fabulous team. I have over fourteen years experience of working with children and I am also a mother myself to three beautiful girls. I have worked with children for my entire career and I am dedicated to providing the best possible care for each and every one of them here at Ladybirds. I am passionate about children’s happiness, welfare and development and strive to make the nursery a comforting and fun place for children to come and enjoy their day, whilst learning new skills and abilities to make them into independent and happy little people who are ready for all the challenges that life brings them.'~Emma

Meet our Lovely Ladybirds

All of the members of staff have had DBS checks carried out on them, ensuring that they are suitable people to work with children and they all have Paediatric First Aid Training (this will be updated every three years). As a team we continually update our knowledge through completing a variety of training courses: such as safeguarding, EYFS, speech and language, promoting positive behaviour, story telling etc, etc, feeding back to the team the information, skills and ideas. We are supportive of each other in all that we do here at Ladybirds and strive to be positive and engaging role-models to the children within a supportive, fun and friendly atmosphere.
