Nursery Nurse

Alison has worked with children for many years.  She holds NVQ Level 3 and has two children of her own.  After taking a break from work to care for her own children, she joined us here at Ladybirds back in April 2017, as her children were older and more independent.  Alison instantly fit right into Ladybirds and the children just adore her.  She brings a wealth of skills and knowledge and has a fabulous attitude, being both patient and persistent to get the best out of the children – in the most caring manner.
