Hayley

Senior Nursery Nurse.

Hayley is Level 3 qualified (currently working towards her Level 5, alongside her role), and been an Early Years Educator her entire career.  Hayley leads our Toddler room, ensuring that all the two year olds needs are being met and the planning and activities are effective, engaging and incorporate relevant events and interests. She embeds the Ladybirds ethos in all that she does and her experience and knowledge (as a mother and from her childcare career) allow her to provide stimulating and engaging activities that the children are interested in.  Hayley lives locally with her partner, her son Elliot and daughter Ivy. Hayley’s caring nature and motherly instinct causes her to be a hit with all of the children and a very positive influence on them all.
